Bangka, August 11, 2025 – The President Director of PLN Nusantara Power, Mr. Ruly Firmansyah, accompanied by the Director of Coal Operations of PLN Nusantara Power, Mr. M. Irwansyah Putra, conducted a working visit to PLTU Bangka to review the plant’s operational readiness.
During the visit, which began with a site tour, the group was welcomed by the President Director of PLN NP Services, Mr. Jakfar Sadiq, Director of O&M, Mr. Maryono, and the PLTU Bangka Unit Manager, Mr. I Gusti Ngurah Putra Astawa. The President Director of PLN NP expressed his appreciation for the performance of PLN NP Services, which achieved a record of 105.55% with an increase in PLTU Bangka’s EAF from 74.58% (2022) to 89.29% (July 2025).
He emphasized the importance of maintaining this momentum, strengthening internal synergy and coordination with the head office and PLN NP, improving asset management-based governance, strengthening relationships with stakeholders given PLTU Bangka’s 17.79% contribution to the Bangka System, optimizing the cofiring program and biomass supply, and embedding a culture of work safety as a core value.
