Maintenance, Repair And Overhaul (MRO)

The reliability of the electricity generation process greatly depends on the reliability of the supporting system installations. One such installation is the coal handling system, which is responsible for managing coal as the fuel for coal-fired power plants (PLTU), starting from unloading the coal from the coal barge to the stockpile, and transferring it until the coal is ready to be used in the furnace. In general, the coal handling system installation includes various facilities such as unloading, stockpiling and reclaiming, transferring, and temporary storage before combustion. Ash is a byproduct waste of coal-fired power plants resulting from the combustion process. Ash must be captured and separated from the flue gas to prevent environmental pollution. The common terminology for coal ash includes fly ash (light airborne ash) and bottom ash (heavy ash). We provide a range of equipment for bottom ash handling installations, including submerged scrapper conveyor (SSC), clinker grinder, belt conveyor, bottom ash silo, disposal transportation, and the water cycle system. Meanwhile, for fly ash handling installations, we offer equipment such as electrostatic precipitators, hoppers, vacuum blowers, fly ash silos, and fly ash transportation systems. Supported by competent and experienced technicians and mechanics, our overhaul program aims to help customers reduce repair and damage costs of a system, while ensuring the system consistently operates at optimal performance. Some of our services for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) include:
