On August 28-29, 2025, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held by the PLN NP Services Human Capital Directorate. It was led by Mr. Willy Siska, Director of Human Capital, and attended by Senior Leaders from PLN NP Services and relevant division staff.
Also in attendance was PLN NP Services President Director, Mr. Jakfar Sadiq. He conveyed that potential revenue growth has been mapped and requires full support from Human Capital through strengthening competencies, work culture, and mapping job standards for the company’s sustainable growth. He also emphasized the importance of achieving the 2025 KPI with the support of digitalized HR management, developing superior talent, and the importance of occupational safety across all PLN NP Services work units.
With the theme “Empowering Synergy, Delivering Beyond Service Excellence” (NPS Got Talent), the action plan resulting from the Human Capital Directorate FGD is as follows:
1. Adjusting Human Capital policies and governance.
2. Strengthening the competency of PLN NPS personnel.
3. Optimizing the Human Capital Information System and strengthening cultural programs.
This demonstrates the commitment of the PLN NP Services Human Capital Directorate to optimizing human resources to drive sustainable business growth through competency strengthening, an adaptive work culture, and digitalization of HR management, in line with the company’s strategic direction to achieve its 2025 revenue and KPI targets.
