Hello People Power PLN NP Services 💡
On August 19-20, 2025, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held by the PLN NP Services Project Directorate. The FGD, led by Mr. Lavi Rumandioko, Project Director, was attended by Senior Leaders from PLN NP Services and relevant division staff.
Also in attendance was the President Director of PLN NP Services, Mr. Jakfar Sadiq. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of ensuring project implementation is on time, on cost, and on quality, thus meeting and even exceeding customer expectations. He also expressed his appreciation for the Project Directorate’s efforts in accelerating the completion and signing of work completion minutes to support increased revenue and achieve collection periods, as well as making safety a culture and priority in the implementation of every project.
With the theme “Empowering Synergy, Delivering Beyond Service Excellence” (“Service Excellence Project to Leverage Revenue”), prioritizing service quality, the action plan resulting from the Project Directorate’s FGD is as follows:
1. Standardizing digital reporting through the creation of a document monitoring database, documenting project success stories, accelerating EPC project completion, realizing the commercialization of laboratory products, and accelerating the execution of the P100 program to support the success of the RUPTL (Ruptl) program.
2. Developing an online monitoring website, promoting safety culture and leadership activities through PRISM, developing SOPs/IK for handling project crises/fatalities at home and abroad, developing a biomass processing plant, developing a catalog of standardized prices and products, and enhancing the readiness of domestic and overseas MRO manpower in accordance with global standards to support foreign contracts.
Through the results of this FGD, the PLN NP Services Project Directorate is committed to continuing to provide superior, adaptive, and globally competitive project services to contribute to increasing revenue and supporting the achievement of the Company’s KPIs.
