On August 25-27, 2025, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held by the Operation & Maintenance Directorate of PLN NP Services. It was led by Mr. Maryono, Director of Operation & Maintenance, and attended by Senior Leaders of PLN NP Services.
The President Director of PLN NP Services, Mr. Jakfar Sadiq, in his remarks expressed his appreciation for the company’s outstanding performance in 2024. He also highlighted revenue optimization through investment program optimization and variation orders (VOs), as well as improvements to O&M SLAs and co-firing, and strengthening the culture of occupational safety and health for employees as the Company’s primary assets.
With the theme “Empowering Synergy, Delivering Beyond Service Excellence” (Show Me the Performance), the resulting action plan is as follows:
1. Performance, through zero unplanned downtime, excellent reliability, excellent efficiency, zero accidents, a green & clean power plant, and revenue for excellence.
2. Process, through design improvement, tactical O&M for breakdown failures, best practice management, green energy, and HSE compliance.
3. People, through safety leadership, safety culture, knowledge sharing, expert talent development, innovation culture, and stakeholder management.
Through this FGD, the Operation & Maintenance Directorate of PLN NP Services is committed to continuously improving synergy and performance across all lines to provide the best service that exceeds customer expectations, with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.
