On August 11-13, 2025, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was held by the Planning and Marketing Directorate. Led by the Director of Planning & Marketing, Mr. Kanapi Subur Dwiyanto, the FGD was attended by PLN NPS Senior Leaders and relevant division staff.
Also in attendance was the President Director of PLN NP Services, Mr. Jakfar Sadiq. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of accelerating the billing process for completed work, ensuring every business opportunity is followed up through the contract and billing stages, and conducting a comprehensive evaluation of all work in progress and in the planning stage to ensure clear mapping and follow-up.
With the theme “Empowering Synergy, Delivering Beyond Service Excellence “Show Me the Money,” which aims to ensure the achievement of revenue targets, the action plan resulting from the Planning and Marketing Directorate’s FGD is as follows:
1. Focus on timely planning and budgeting (before the current year), and ensure complete work completion documents comply with procedures to ensure smooth billing and payment processes from employers.
2. Conduct active coordination between Units and Head Office and adaptive planning to anticipate changes in maintenance schedules.
3. Strengthen team capacity and capabilities, enhance collaboration between workshops, and support the commercialization of engineering services.
This demonstrates the commitment of the PLN NP Services Planning and Marketing Directorate to supporting the achievement of revenue targets, strengthening service excellence, enhancing human resource capacity, and strengthening financial health for the company’s business sustainability and growth.
